Announcing No-Bug November: Get Paid to Squash Bugs & Land a 2026 Internship!

October was electric! Thanks to the incredible energy from Hacktoberfest, we saw a record number of contributions and improvements shipped to Requestly. We’re blown away by this community, and we want to keep that momentum rolling.
After a sprint of new features, it’s time to focus on what makes a great product truly reliable: stability, performance, and polish.
That’s why we’re thrilled to launch No-Bug November—a month-long bug bash designed to make Requestly rock-solid, with a little something to reward you for your impact.
Mark Your Calendars: The hunt begins Monday, November 10th, 2025!

- Find Your Bug: Go to our GitHub Issues tab and filter for issues labeled No-Bug-November. Find one that matches your skills.
- Fix & PR: Squash the bug! Open a Pull Request, making sure to link the issue you’re solving. You must follow our PR template to be eligible.

CRITICAL: Set Up GitHub Sponsors to Get Paid!
This is the most important step! We can’t pay you if we can’t… well, pay you.

Please do this first! We want to make sure your payout is smooth and fast. Setting this up now will save you time later.

- Create your Sponsors profile.
- Complete your bank & tax information.
- Enable 2-Factor Authentication (2FA).

Let's Build Together
Whether you’re here to earn your first $100 in open source, build a more stable tool for the whole community, or kick-start your 2026 career with Requestly, we’re excited to build with you.
And here’s something new — you don’t need to fix five bugs to be recognized!
We’ll also be rewarding contributors who make meaningful progress, even if they haven’t reached the $100 payout mark yet.
Here’s how:
- 🎁 Swags & Goodies for active contributors with fewer than 5 merged PRs.
- 🏅 Digital Badges & Recognition to highlight your impact in the community.
- 🔁 Carry Forward Points — your partial bounty progress will roll into future initiatives (like upcoming Requestly hackathons or community events).
Every contribution matters — big or small. Together, we’ll make Requestly cleaner, faster, and sturdier.
Let’s make the Requestly codebase cleaner, faster, and sturdier—together.
We’ll see you in the GitHub Issues on Monday, November 10th!
Happy squashing!
