Requestly Update – August 2024
Hey Requestlians 👋,
Here is another exciting update from Requestly. Let’s jump in👇🏻
🚀 Shared State: A New Way to Manage Data Across Rules
We’ve introduced a powerful new feature called Shared State. This allows you to store and retrieve data within and across Modify Request Body and Modify Response Body rules. It’s perfect for:
- Set Shared State variables while modifying requestBody and consume them while modifying responseBody
- Modify Request or Response Body based on condition like It is N=3rd request
- Managing tokens or values across different API requests

📦 Bulk Actions for Mock Server
Good news! We’ve addressed the bulk actions functionality for the Mock Server.
💾 Local Storage Support in Sessions
We have introduced support for capturing LocalStorage in Requestly Sessions. Requestly helps you capture the events whenever there is a change in the local storage.
